Rick Gonzales

Rick Gonzales is an experienced information security professional specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations. Currently serving as the IAM Administrator Lead at USAA since September 2014, Rick is responsible for overseeing provisioning of business role policies and enhancing enterprise-wide security compliance standards. Prior roles include IT Security Consultant and analyst positions focused on cyber-security and fraud prevention. Rick has also held positions at The Exchange, Wachovia, and Covenant Design Technologies, contributing to IT security operations and technical support. Rick holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance & Security and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Capella University and Tarleton State University, respectively.
