Christine Schwarz has a extensive work experience in the mortgage and lending industry. Christine started their career in 1982 as a Mortgage Loan Processor at Occidental Mortgage Corporation, where they processed mortgage loans and trained junior loan processors. In 1986, they worked as a Senior Loan Processor at Bank of America for a short period of time. Later that year, they joined Tower Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Officer, where they originated mortgage loans, supervised junior loan processors, and communicated with brokers. In 1990, Christine became the Vice President of Real Estate Lending at USC Credit Union, overseeing the direction and quality of their real estate lending efforts, supervising loan originators and processors, and nurturing relationships with borrowers and real estate professionals.
Christine Schwarz's education history includes attending the Mortgage Banking and Finance School, where they did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, they attended Mount San Antonio College but did not earn a degree. At Mount San Antonio College, they focused on Real Estate Practices and Principles.
