Michelle Grimes is a highly experienced professional in the field of Human Resources, with an extensive career spanning over three decades. Michelle began their career at EMC as a Customer Service Manager before joining United States Cold Storage, Inc. where Michelle has taken on various roles including Office Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, Regional HR Manager, Corporate Director Of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Senior Executive Human Resources. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and BCIS from North Texas State University, and has completed additional education at INSEAD and Ursuline Academy.
