Hope Supernic

Hope Supernic serves as the Sr. Manager of Customer Success at UserTesting since April 2025, focusing on optimizing customer feedback loops for user researchers. Previously, as VP of Technology Talent Strategic Initiatives at M&T Bank from July 2024 to February 2025, Hope managed teams and talent initiatives. At Provi, as the Director of Customer Success from September 2022 to March 2024, significant achievements included a 26% growth in market spend and a 98.5% retention rate through strategic prioritization and collaboration. Hope also held the role of Director of Customer Success at User Interviews from March 2021 to September 2022, leading efforts to enhance user research support. Prior experience includes team management at Anthology Inc., where Hope facilitated a major organizational transition. Hope holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications and Public Relations from Marietta College.
