Caleb Ruzicka has had a varied work experience. From 2004 to 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Precision Time, a Jr. Accountant for Littlefield & Co, and a Residential Rehabilitation Counselor 2. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Client Services for Dun and Bradstreet Credibility Corp. During this same period, they also worked for City of Austin as a Dispatcher, where they assigned emergency calls to police officers in the field using Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) and relayed call information through direct radio communications. From 2013 to present, they have worked at uShip, where they have held roles as Quality Assurance Engineer II, Quality Assurance Engineer, Team Lead, and Member Support Specialist.

Caleb Ruzicka attended South Puget Sound Community College from 2006 to 2011 and earned a High School Diploma in 2004 and an Associate of Arts in 2011. Caleb then attended Austin Community College from 2013 to 2015 and earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies.
