Grant Elman began their work experience in 1984 as a Principal at Kwasha Lipton. Grant later worked as an Actuary at Coopers & Lybrand/PwC Kwasha HR Solutions/Unifi from 1984 to 2001. In 1998, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Actuary until 2001. Grant then became the VP and Actuary at USI Consulting Group in 2002, where they continue to work.
Grant Elman attended Stevens Institute of Technology from 1979 to 1983 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
