Michael Uhrbrock

Michael Uhrbrock has extensive experience in both quality improvement and economic development. Currently serving as the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Manager at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley since October 2000, Michael Uhrbrock facilitates continuous quality and process improvement within the undergraduate curriculum and the School of Medicine. Previous roles include Associate Director for Economic Development, where responsibilities involved managing the Data and Information Systems Center (DISC) and providing technical assistance to various stakeholders to foster economic development in the Rio Grande Valley. Prior to these positions, Michael Uhrbrock was the Regional Public Information Director for the Texas Department of Human Services, responsible for public information activities across a 19-county area in South Texas. Michael Uhrbrock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in Marketing from The University of Texas-Pan American.
