Natalie Phanphengdy has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Natalie started as a Waitress at Champa Thai Restaurant in 2004, then moved on to Business and Marketing Student at Chaminade University in 2008. In 2012, they took on the role of Sales & Marketing Development at D&J Specialties Inc. and AAF Future Board Member and Co-Leader at Initiative. In 2013, Natalie was a Reception Agent at THE MODERN HONOLULU, a Guest Service Agent at Pacific Beach Hotel Waikiki, and an Account Intern at Wall-to-Wall Studios. In 2014, they were a Sales Assistant at iHeartMedia. In 2015, they accepted the role of Adwords Inside Sales Incubation - SMB at Google and in 2017, they took on the role of Account Manager at UXPin.

Natalie Phanphengdy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu between 2008 and 2012, with a minor in Marketing Communications. In March 2020, they obtained a certification in HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot.
