John Kelley

John Kelley, CFA, serves as the Senior Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at VF Corporation, where responsibilities include managing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as overseeing investor relations and portfolio management strategies. With experience in executing significant transactions, including numerous acquisitions and a public company spin-off, John has also led the development of investment frameworks to drive competitive advantage. Prior to joining VF Corporation, John held the position of AVP at Voya Investment Management, focusing on private credit evaluations and negotiations, and began a career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Associate in Assurance and Advisory Services. John holds degrees from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business and Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business.
