Chasity Jones has a diverse work experience. Chasity started their career as a Computer Technician at RLM Communications Inc. in October 2012, where they provided technical support for desktop hardware and software. In July 2015, they joined OpenText as a Cloud Technical Support, where they analyzed e-commerce applications and worked in a Linux environment. In February 2016, they moved to Vectrus as a Network Administrator, monitoring LAN/WAN systems and configuring network monitor applications. Finally, in December 2017, they became the SWAC Voice and Systems Engineer Lead at Vectrus, providing Tier Three support for Army Regional Cyber Center operations. Their role involved managing and maintaining various Cisco communication systems. Throughout their career, Chasity has demonstrated their expertise in technical support and network administration.
Chasity Jones completed their education at Columbus State University from 2009 to 2015, where they received a degree in Computer Information Systems. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional, Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate, Microsoft Windows Database, Microsoft Windows 7, CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Developing Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases.
