Henrik Schaub

Henrik Schaub is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Mapbox since April 2025 and as VP of Engineering at Vaadin since September 2023, where key achievements include implementing engineering productivity KPIs to enhance planning and delivery. Previously, as a Senior Engineering Manager at Utopia Music, Henrik led teams in developing financial services platforms for artists, focusing on KYC processes and international banking integration.
