Steve Kass has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Steve started their career at Robert Half in 1991 as a Regional Manager, Branch Manager, and Division Director. After that, they went on to establish their own company, IT-HR, where they served as the President and Owner. In 1999, Steve returned to Robert Half as a District President and later became a Senior District President. In 2012, they took on the role of President - Strategic Accounts, Professional Staffing Services, and eventually became the SVP of Business Transformation & Innovation. In 2020, Steve became the Chief Administrative Officer and ultimately the Principal at SAK Digital Ventures in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Vaco, starting in 2023.
Steve Kass holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Tampa.
