Marc joined Valcon in 2015 as an experienced leader having assisted in building CBIT A/S for the previous four years. Marc has managerial experience and strong skills in both operation management and organising IT development. He has an agile mindset to whatever he dives into and is Director of Valcon’s Agile Services. Marc knows the agile frameworks with several years of hands-on experience (Scrum, SAFe, etc.). Marc is not an evangelist but a practitioner, and he utilises the frameworks’ strengths, while being pragmatic in ensuring that what is implemented has an effect.
