Norval G. is a seasoned professional with a robust background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Product Architect at Valenture Institute since November 2021, Norval also holds the position of Director at Common Change South Africa NPC since March 2023. Previously, Norval worked as an Analyst Developer at Mobenzi from December 2016 to October 2021, contributing to the full stack development of the company's SaaS offerings. Earlier experience includes roles as an Automation Engineer at Systems Anywhere, where expertise was applied in factory automation and information system projects, and as Engineering Maintenance Manager at Transnet Port Terminals, overseeing various maintenance teams.
