Mark Phair

Mark Phair has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently holding the title of Retired at Valero Energy Ltd (UK) since January 2025. Prior to retirement, Mark served as Vice President at Valero Energy Corporation from June 2003, including a role as Vice President and General Manager for the Wilmington, CA refinery. Mark's earlier career included positions such as Director of Operations, Director of Engineering and Project Development, and Process Engineering/Complex Manager at Mobil Oil from 1982 to 1998. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
