With over 20 years of experience as a CFO in the SaaS and technology-based services industries, Andy has been successfully leading both private and public companies through significant phases of organic growth, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He has been particularly adept at guiding international operations spanning multiple product lines and business units with a history of driving profitable revenue growth. During this period, Andy has helped position Genesys Conferencing, SilverSky and Pilot Air Freight Services for highly successful strategic sales to industry leaders.
Prior to being a CFO, Andy spent more than ten years in investment banking advising telecommunications and internet service providers in the execution of IPO’s, leveraged finance and M&A.
Andy holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Babson College.
