Jason Nieuwenhuis

Jason Nieuwenhuis, CSP, currently serves as the EHS Manager at Validus Energy since May 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC as Senior Manager of EHS & Facilities and EHS Manager, Red Bluff Resources as EHS & ESG Manager, and Devon Energy as EHS Manager, where strategies were executed to ensure safety while adhering to environmental regulations. Jason also held leadership positions at Chesapeake Energy, overseeing EHS programs, and contributed to safety management roles in several organizations, including Bridgestone and Saint Gobain Containers, achieving significant reductions in injury rates and enhancing operational compliance. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University and completed the Energy Executive Management Program at the University of Oklahoma.
