Dorla Ray

Dorla Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee benefits management, having served as Director of Employee Benefits at Valmont Industries, Inc. from September 2005 until retirement in April 2017. In this role, Dorla Ray was responsible for overseeing Health and Welfare Plans and Retirement Plans, analyzing and implementing benefits for expatriates, and developing a global business travel policy. Additionally, Dorla Ray managed vendor relationships, designed wellness plans, and oversaw HRIS systems such as Workday and Taleo. Prior to the directorial role, Dorla Ray worked as Benefits Manager at Valmont Industries from 1986 to 2005, where responsibilities included day-to-day administration of employee benefits and implementing the benefits module of PeopleSoft HRMS. Education was completed at Doane University.
