Renae Slaughter

Renae Slaughter is an accomplished talent management professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Vice President Talent Management at Valmont Industries, Inc. since April 2020, Renae also founded and operates The Renata Group, LLC, providing consulting services in executive coaching and people strategy. Prior to these roles, Renae held significant positions at PepsiCo, directing global talent management initiatives, and at Assess Systems, specializing in talent management solutions. Renae's background includes roles in benefits management at Dallas Area Rapid Transit and various consultancy and analytical positions in human resources. Renae holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
