Annalisa Reale

Annalisa Reale serves as a Partner specializing in Employment and Labour Law at Chiomenti since September 2001 and holds positions on both the Executive Committee and the Remuneration Committee. In addition to this role, Annalisa is a Board Member and Chairman of the Ethics Committee for Valore D and has been an Officer for both the Women Interest Group and the Future of Legal Services Commission at the International Bar Association since 2018. Annalisa also serves as Chair Emeritus of the Employment and Labour Practice Group at Lex Mundi, a member of the American Bar Association's International Employment and Labour Section, and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association since 2014. Annalisa's academic experience includes being a Law School Lecturer in Employment Law at Sapienza Università di Roma from 1995 to 2006. Annalisa's educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, a Ph.D. in Employment and Labour Law from Sapienza Università di Roma, and various other advanced degrees and fellowships from prestigious institutions, culminating in a Doctor of Law degree with honors from Sapienza Università di Roma.
