Dean Schroeder

Dean Schroeder is a Senior Research Professor and the Herbert and Agnes Schulz Professor of Management at Valparaiso University, where tenure began in August 1990. Additionally, Dean serves as the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs in Management. Prior to this role, Dean held a professorship at the University of Massachusetts from January 1985 to July 1990. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Strategic Management from the UMN Carlson School of Management, an MBA from the University of Montana, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Minnesota.
