Melissa Dimitri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Partner at Navigate, Melissa has also held significant roles as Executive Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at Valparaiso University and as a member of Chief. Previous experience includes multiple leadership positions at Grant Thornton LLP, where responsibilities encompassed Customer & Brand Strategy, Culture & Behavior, and Growth & Transformation. Additionally, Melissa is the Founder of Badon Hill, LLC. An alumnus of Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Melissa graduated with a B.S. in Finance with High Honors, following attendance at Lockport Township High School.
