Marta Kierszka

Marta Kierszka is an experienced strategy manager with a strong background in media planning and communication. Currently serving as a Strategy Manager at Value Media since March 2024, Kierszka previously held the same title at Wavemaker from April 2023 to February 2024. Additionally, Kierszka served as a Strategy Senior Executive at Mindshare Poland from December 2018 to April 2023 and worked as a Media Planner Buyer at Media Republic between February 2017 and December 2018. Early career experiences include roles as a Junior Communication Planner at ZenithOptimedia Group I The ROI Agency and an Assistant in Media at Infarmacja Sp.zo.o. Kierszka also contributed as a co-organizer for the Czwartkowe Spotkania Social Media and worked as a journalist for the Dziennik internetowy info.elblag.pl. Kierszka holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication and Journalism from the same university, completed in 2010.
