Shyla Chandra

Shyla Chandra, CPHR, CCP, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at Vancity, a position held since September 2019, having previously worked as a Senior Consultant and Compensation Consultant within the same organization. Prior to Vancity, Shyla Chandra was employed at BCLC as a Senior Advisor focusing on Benefits, Retirement, and Wellness from January 2018 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes roles at Electronic Arts as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst and Compensation & Benefits Analyst, and as a Benefits and Retirement Specialist. Shyla Chandra began the professional journey as an HR Administrator for Compensation and Benefits at Mountain Equipment Co-op from December 2011 to July 2013. Shyla Chandra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2006 to 2011.
