Terry Wong

Terry Wong, CFA, is an accomplished finance and treasury professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions. Since June 2006, Terry has served as Vice President, Finance and Treasury at Vancity, overseeing a diverse team to meet member needs and support community-building initiatives. Additionally, Terry has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vancity Community Investment Bank since February 2009, driving impactful innovations aligned with cooperative values. Prior to these roles, Terry acted as CEO at Citizens Bank of Canada, navigating corporate restructuring and maintaining strategic objectives, while also leading the treasury and finance division that exceeded revenue targets. Terry's career began with positions as a Treasury Analyst for the City of Vancouver and a Foreign Exchange Trader at Citizens Trust Company. Terry holds a CFA and a BBA in Finance and Economics from Simon Fraser University.
