Autumn Zuckerman, PharmD, BCPS, CSP, currently serves as the Director of Health Outcomes and Research at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a position held since July 2015. In this role, Autumn leads a team focused on the specialty patient journey and fosters strategic collaborations to enhance patient care through evidence-based practice changes. Additionally, Autumn is the Program Director for the Health Outcomes and Research Program at Vanderbilt Specialty Pharmacy and has experience as an Outpatient Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist specializing in HIV and viral hepatitis. Autumn is also engaged in academia as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty member at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, and Belmont University - College of Pharmacy. Previous experience includes working as a Pharmacist at Ritch's Pharmacy and completing a PGY1 pharmacy residency followed by a PGY2 residency specializing in ambulatory care and HIV at the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System. Autumn earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University.
