Elizabeth Roma

Elizabeth Roma is an experienced professional in development research and pipeline management, currently serving as the Director of Development Research at Vanderbilt University since June 2024. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held various positions at the Obama Foundation from February 2018 to May 2024, including Director of Pipeline Management & Analytics, Manager of Prospect Research, and Prospect Research & Management Associate. Earlier in Elizabeth's career, significant contributions were made at The Helen Brown Group LLC from September 2008 to February 2018, where roles included Assistant Director of Research, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. Elizabeth's foundation in prospect research began at Boston College, where work was carried out from 2001 to 2007. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania between 1994 and 1998.
