Olivia Pedersen is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product design and sustainability. Currently serving as the Chief Product & Design Officer at Vangst since April 2024, Olivia previously founded and led Sustaio, a platform that promotes energy savings and rewards for consumers, from January 2020 to January 2024. With a background that includes roles as Director of Design & Product at How Collaborative and Program Manager at EcoAction Partners, Olivia has demonstrated a commitment to innovative design and environmental sustainability. Additional experience as Chief Experience Officer at G Adventures and Adventure Center Manager at Telluride Ski & Golf contributed to a diverse skill set, further enhanced by graphic design expertise gained at REVANT OPTICS. Olivia holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Design from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and is pursuing a Certificate in Athletic and Outdoor Industry Product Management at Portland State University.
