Epiphany Loux

Epiphany Loux is a seasoned professional in user experience research and design with a robust background in B2B user research, currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Vanguard since April 2023. As a Board Member and Secretary at PhillyCHI, involvement includes organizing educational and networking events for the local UX community. Epiphany previously led UX research at WeThrive Hub, focusing on empowering BIPOC youth through a SaaS product, and facilitated workshops as a Project Designer at EwingCole. Previous roles include Design Researcher at Hamer Center for Community Design, where community partnerships were established, and various design and mentoring positions at academic institutions. Epiphany holds a Master of Architecture from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Pittsburgh.
