Steve Bell

Steve Bell is an experienced infrastructure and engineering professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Vanguard since August 1998, Steve focuses on infrastructure planning, design, security, and risk management, with a solid background in both infrastructure and platform architecture. Previously, Steve held the position of Research and Development Manager at CA Technologies from January 1993 to August 1998, overseeing multiple CA-Output management program products and contributing to R&D for mainframe software. Additionally, Steve's early career includes roles as a Systems Programmer at QVC and The Franklin Mint, as well as Operations Shift Supervisor at Hospital Albert Einstein. Steve completed education at La Salle University from 1982 to 1986 and at Mastbaum Jules E AVTS from 1980 to 1982, earning a degree in Electronics and Technical studies.
