Tim Holmes

Tim Holmes has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Department Head for Clearance & Custody and as Department Head for Brokerage Operations - Asset Servicing at Vanguard since 2016. In these roles, Tim leads a team focused on enhancing client relationships through trading expertise and exceptional service. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2015, Tim held multiple leadership positions at Vanguard, including Head of Vanguard Annuity & Insurance Services, where industry-leading annuity products were provided alongside unbiased guidance to support investors' retirement goals. Tim also led the Retail Services contact center and served as a Center for Excellence Champion, utilizing six sigma and process improvement techniques. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Penn State University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University.
