Yao Bian

Yao Bian, Ph.D. is a Director at Vaniam Group with a strong background in scientific communications. Previously, Yao held roles as Senior Grant Writer and Biosafety Level 3 (BSL-3) Laboratory Manager at Northwestern University. Yao has extensive experience in writing and editing scientific research proposals, publications, and articles, as well as managing laboratory operations and training new staff. With a PhD in Immunology from Northwestern University, Yao brings a wealth of expertise to the field of scientific communications.
