Kelly Hamon

Kelly Hamon, MSW, currently serves as a Senior People Operations Associate at Vanta, where responsibilities include managing the onboarding program, overseeing company benefits, supporting international compliance, and assisting with performance management and recruiting processes. Previously, Kelly held a Social Work Intern position at The English-Speaking Union, leading registration sessions for new students and facilitating discussions to enhance English proficiency. Additional experience includes internships at Educational Alliance, Child Mind Institute, and NORDOFF-ROBBINS MUSIC THERAPY, alongside roles in curriculum creation and research assistance at New York University. Kelly obtained a Master of Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, also from New York University, following a high school diploma from The Bishop’s School.
