Tríona O'Sullivan

Tríona O'Sullivan is an experienced recruitment professional currently leading UK GTM and G&A recruiting efforts at Vanta since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tríona served as the Global Recruiting Manager and EMEA Talent Lead for Commercial and Support Hiring at Shopify, where leadership included managing a team of recruiters across the EMEA region and supporting the Women@Shopify Employee Resource Group. Earlier experience includes serving as EMEA Recruiting Manager for Commercial Hiring at Shopify and holding positions at HubSpot as both Senior Global Marketing Recruiter and Global Marketing Recruiter, where Tríona collaborated with leadership to enhance recruitment across various global regions. Tríona began a recruitment career at Barden in Ireland, leading the Transactional Finance Team. Tríona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies with a Major in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick.
