Deise DallaNora has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Deise'smost recent position is as the Country Head Brazil & Latam at Varda - Field Data Exchange, a start-up that aims to utilize field-level data for a nature-positive food system. Prior to this, they worked at Yara International as the Food Solution Innovation Director, where they focused on developing positive solutions for the environment, such as circular economy and regenerative agriculture. Deise also held the role of Sustainable Food Ecosystem & Digital Farming - Latam Strategic Partnership at Yara International. Before joining Yara International, Deise was the Latam Commercial Head at Pacific Market International. Deise also has experience in entrepreneurship and mobile app development as the Management Executive at DotLegend Mobile Apps. Deise has held various leadership positions, including Business Unit Retail - Director at Dell Technologies, where they were responsible for structuring the retail business and expanding the distribution channel in Brazil. Prior to that, they worked at Electrolux, Pontofrio, and Pfizer in sales and commercial management roles.
