Michael Reimler is the Global Head of Finance and is responsible for leading and managing the accounting and financial reporting for Vӓrde’s investment funds, general partner entities and management companies. In addition, Michael is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s Treasury function. Based in Minneapolis, he joined the firm in 2010.
Prior to joining Vӓrde, Michael was Director of Financial Reporting for RBC Capital Markets Corporation. In this role, Michael managed the financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy, corporate tax and commission accounting functions. Michael was also a Senior Audit Manager with PwC in Minneapolis.
Michael received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and is a CPA (inactive).
