Tim Mooney is a Partner and Global Head of Real Estate. Tim is responsible for real estate investments across all markets, including the acquisition of non-performing loans, assets and real estate-related companies. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Based in London since 2007, he joined the firm in 2005 and was named Partner in 2016.
Prior to joining Värde, Tim was an attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York where he was a member of the financial restructuring group.
Tim earned a BSFS from Georgetown University, a J.D. from the University of Chicago and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
