Rachel Collins

Rachel Collins is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and real estate. Currently serving as General Counsel at Varley since March 2024, Rachel previously held the position of Head of Legal at Group Lotus for a brief period in early 2024 and served as General Counsel at Nyetimber from December 2020 to January 2024. Rachel's background includes roles such as Interim Legal Counsel at Stella McCartney and Director UK & Europe at Billy Reid, where Rachel led the brand's expansion across the UK and Europe. Prior experience at Trowers & Hamlins, spanning over 13 years, involved serving as Partner in the Real Estate Team, specializing in complex commercial agreements and property law. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Law with International Relations from the University of Plymouth and various legal training from the College of Law and the University of the Arts London.
