Krystle Caponio

Krystle C. currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Vast since March 2022, and is a member of the Steering Committee for Space Beach Law Lab and an Executive Board Member for TechGC. Previous experience includes roles as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at both LeoLabs, Inc. and Terran Orbital Corporation, as well as Legal Counsel at SpaceX, where involvement included both the Legal and Dragon Product & Mission Management teams. Earlier positions include Legal Counsel & Business Development at business.com and Legal Services Specialist at California Lawyers for the Arts. Krystle C. holds a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA, a Doctor of Law from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
