Lucie Ravelojaona

Lucie Ravelojaona is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as Chief of Staff at VAST since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lucie held various positions at Universal Hydrogen from February 2022 to March 2024, including Chief of Staff and Head of Partnerships, where significant contributions were made to a leading fuel cell-powered aircraft project and management of technical relationships with powertrain partners. Lucie previously worked at Acubed as Chief of Staff, where the implementation of an OKRs management system led to enhanced organizational alignment, and at Airbus as Innovation Manager, establishing key partnerships in the APAC region and facilitating advancements in decarbonization efforts. Additional experience includes engineering roles at Aeroconseil, Air Archipels, and earlier positions at Airbus, XL Airways France, and Air France. Lucie holds a Master of Science in International Air Transport Operations Management from ENAC and a Licence in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
