Sid Hariharan

Siddharth Hariharan is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at VAST since October 2024, Siddharth previously held the position of Managing Director at Rothschild & Co from May 2017 to September 2024, specializing in M&A, IPOs, and capital raising for mid and large cap companies across various sectors including e-commerce and luxury goods. Siddharth's board involvement includes roles at Mercy For Animals and the Material Innovation Initiative. Prior to Rothschild & Co, Siddharth spent over a decade at J.P. Morgan, advancing from Analyst to Executive Director in Consumer and Retail Investment Banking Coverage. Siddharth holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 2000 and 2004.
