Joachim Osther

Joachim Osther has extensive experience in the life sciences and pharmaceuticals industries, currently serving as Sr. Vice President at Vault Bioventures since September 2020 and as Managing Director at Berea BioVentures, LLC, a consultancy focused on supporting start-up companies with business strategies and fundraising. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Business Development at electroCore, Inc. and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nielsen BioSciences, Inc., where responsibilities included commercialization strategies and public relations. Joachim also held a marketing leadership position at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the launch of Bydureon for Type 2 Diabetes. Additional experience includes a role on the Board of Directors at Dana Genetic, A/S, and earlier positions at Eli Lilly and various acute, outpatient, and long-term care settings. Joachim holds a Master of Arts in Theology from Veritas International University and degrees in Exercise Physiology and Physical Therapist Assistant from Washburn University.
