Keniece Fuller Thomas

Keniece Fuller Thomas is an experienced professional with a strong background in robotic process automation and IT support. Currently serving as Robotic Process Automation Manager at VaxCare since April 2019, Keniece has also held roles such as Senior Automation Engineer and Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst. Prior to VaxCare, Keniece worked at ADP as an Implementation Consultant and at Allscripts as a Clinical Application Analyst and Technical Analyst, providing expert technical support and implementing Active Directory group policies. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Dispatcher at CARR a Xerox Company and Quality Analyst Manager at Florida Blue, where significant improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction were achieved.
