Jessica Whiting

Jessica Whiting, ACC, is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with a progressive career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development at Vaxcyte since April 2022, Jessica has previously held significant roles at Ross Stores, Inc. and Gap Inc., where notable contributions included designing corporate onboarding experiences and managing large internship programs. In earlier positions at Peet's Coffee & Tea and PrO Unlimited, Jessica successfully developed employee training programs and conducted organizational audits. Jessica began a career in education as a high school teacher, holding positions at Mercy High School and Fulton County Schools, after earning a B.S. in Chemistry Education from Purdue University.
