Netta Arnon

Netta Arnon is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management and employee engagement. Currently serving as the HRBP Director at Vayyar Imaging since March 2020, Netta partners with R&D global groups and manages full-cycle HR processes including hiring and retention. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HRBP and C&B Director at HOT, where leadership was provided to HRBP teams and comprehensive management of the employee life cycle was executed. Additional roles at HOT involved managing HRBP teams for approximately 2,000 employees and developing employee retention plans. Netta also served as a Human Resources Specialist at IKEA Group and held earlier positions in recruitment and employee experience at Hever Hon Enoshi and Comverse. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Tel Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration in HR from Ono Academic College.
