Steve Girsky

Stephen Girsky currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Nikola Motor Company and holds board positions at Clarios, Viaduct, and VectoIQ. With extensive experience in corporate governance, Stephen has been a member of the board of directors for United States Steel Corporation, Valens, and General Motors, where responsibilities included Vice Chairman and oversight of global corporate strategy and product planning. Prior to their current roles, Stephen led SJ Girsky & Co as President, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and strategic advisory. Education includes an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Systems Science from UCLA.
