Prior experience includes a role as Project Coordinator at University Health Network, managing initiatives to improve patient care and staff engagement, and a position as Biomedical Engineer at Siemens Healthineers, conducting market research and developing disease pathways for neurological disorders. Additional roles include serving as a Neural Engineering Research Assistant and a Patient Education Specialist, contributing to patient education and research initiatives. Janice holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Guelph.
