Wei Min Loh is a PhD candidate in Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, with an extensive background in machine learning and data science. Currently serving as a Student Researcher at Google, Wei Min is involved in a research project in collaboration with the University of Waterloo. Additionally, as a Machine Learning Researcher at Vector Institute, Wei Min contributes to advanced research initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at BlackBerry and CIBC, where innovative solutions for image recognition and data visualization were developed. Wei Min also served as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore, focusing on deep learning models for medical imaging. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo, complemented by foundational education in Singapore.
