As Business Development Director and Partner at Fresh House & Partners since September 2014, Toan has contributed to establishing the agency as a premier marketing solution in Vietnam's real estate sector. In addition, Toan holds the position of Director Of Research Development at AZHOME since January 2020, focusing on technology application in luxury furniture distribution. Previous roles include Director of Business Development and Co-founder at Immex Group, Product Development Director at Citics.vn, and Program Director at Zone Startups Vietnam. Toan's early career includes significant contributions as Senior Research and Development Manager at the Royal Canadian Mint. Toan holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Sprott School of Business at Carleton University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Ottawa.
