Sweta Upadhayay

Sweta Upadhayay is an experienced professional in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community development. Currently serving as Lead Cluster CSR for Hindalco Industries Limited, Sweta has a strong background in empowering underprivileged communities through sustainable initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager CSR and R&R at Aditya Aluminium and various positions at Vedanta Limited, where responsibilities included designing and implementing community development programs, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Sweta holds an MBA in Rural Development and Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Post Graduation in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
